Tiffany Sparrow and I wander into dangerous territory and skate on thin ice with this one. I should start with a disclaimer that we don't mean any offence by anything said during this episode to the coaches and mentors who might listen. We only wanted to hold space to discuss some thoughts we have both had on the unregulated (thankfully) transformational coaching industry.
We both have been burned and blessed by mentors, teachers and coaches... and feel like at times there is a very real gap between what could be happening, should be happening and what is happening...
