Episode 009: Aligning your life to be in integrity in every area, with Damon Nailer.
Damon Nailer is one of those rare human beings with so much wisdom to share. He's a father of 4 children and is still married to the same woman. It's always interesting to me, that's something we go "wow" to. In today's quick fix, if-it-no-longer-suits-me-I-let-it-go rather than work on it culture, Damon's persistence to his commitments is notable.
Damon's life is congruent and in integrity; and he lives that out day-to-day-to-day. He spent 12 years doing janitorial work, while building his dream, and it was immediately apparent to me that that time by himself, doing monotonous work, really allowed him to grow, think and design his life now to be perfectly congruent.
This is a big deal I think. Integrity within is such a powerful thing. Being able to bring all the jobs/careers/personal pursuits and such into perfect alignment so that everything you are doing means you are living, breathing, doing and BEING in integrity brings a unique gravitas to everything this man shared with me, and what he shares with the world.
